Bleeding pimple help me pleasee.?!?!?

please help me okay so last night i was washing my face.and for the longest time i had this big pimple on my forehead and when i was washing my face.i guess i accidentally scrubbed it to hard and it started bleeding i pressed down on it with a tissue to stop the bleeding but this morning it started bleeding again so i put a little spot of neosporin on it do you think that will make it stop bleeding because i have school today and i don't want it to start bleeding and everyone be like ewww ya know help?! what should i put on it to stop the bleeding.
