I use Ares Destiny...n i just got a mp3 player how can i put my music that i have from ares onto my mp3 player

my mom just bought me a mp3 player n i have no idea how to use it... i wanna kno if i can put the music that i havedownloaded on my ares destiny onto my mp3 player... if not where can i get music to put onto the mp3 player??
