If I take Tylonal will it stop my contractions ?

I am 41 weeks pregnate , so I do not want the contractions to go away , they are very irregular , anywhere from 5-20 min's apart , and VERY painfull . I am not going to go into the hospital until they are regular , or it hurts so bad that I can not walk .. So i just want to take something that will ease the pain , will tylonal stop my contractions ?
