Why would anyone invent having cancer?

Initially it was treated with suspicion because of the way it was publicised and she was given her results on tv on Indian big brother rather than privately. Most people would have done it more dignified. It was thought at the time that it was a huge publicity stunt. Since then it has become apparant that it wasn't and she will be lucky to last another week. People who court the media like Jade will always be treated suspiciously
