What do you know about a career in patent law? I currently have a B.A. in Art/Graphic Design.?

I want to go into this field b/c I'm really interested in the patent process as well as protecting trademarks, since I've been in the side of creating them. If I get a great LSAT scored, will I have a shot at getting in with my current degree? My College GPA was 3.56 and I graduated with honors and distinction.
