Is the proportion of white people in the USA declining due to low birth rates?

The USA seems to be a different place to what it was in 1970, due to illegal immigration, and I suspect low birth rates amongst white people in comparison to other racial groups. Over time this adds up to a huge change. Dont get me wrong I am not a bigot but 1. A country is entitled to determine its own immigration policy, not have dictated by illegal immigration - the USA has a huge military for national protection, surely protection the sovereignty of borders justifies its use, 2. Set a non racially based immigration policy - purelly on skills with a refugee quota, and 3. White people might want to think about having more children per familly if they feel threatened by changing demographics (other racial groups in the USA are totally equal and naturally have the right to have families of whatever size they choose).
