Help with weight loss?
I just need a little help to put me in the right direction because everyone tells me something different. I eat between 1200-1500 calories a day, 3 meals and snacks in between like yogurt, a 100 cal pack or fruits and vegetables. I dont drink soda, sometimes Gatorade but mostly water. I'm going into the military in March so I'm trying to lose a few lbs before I go. I exercise between 30-60 minutes a day, mostly cardio on the mini trampoline during that time. I also do push ups, resistance bands, and crunches throughout the day but I cant really put a time limit on that. My tramp has a sensor on it that shows how many jumps I do and how long and it then calculates the cals burned, which is about 500 per half hour on it. I'm just wondering if this sounds ok, if there is anything I should change, and if anyone else has gotten results on the mini trampoline, I know its a good workout though because I do it, and its just like jogging, just low impact so it doesn't hurt your knees.
