Bulging on arm,,pls help ..suggest some sites to study more?

SEE A DOC. if u r in pain or suffering physically from it...u should consult a doc and get a biopsy done. otherwise its a fatty deposit or in clearer terms a kind of harmless cyst that u could get removed for cosmetic terms.....anyway dont wanna get sued so thats my disclaimer....
