The face of US military, who call them self guard of civilization and human rights?

Everyday they fight and because some dumb people do something to a person and that person does almost nothing to stand up for herself except make the military sound bad. She could have done so many things. If she was out of basic training she should have learned how to escape someone stronger than her. One person could have started it and drunk people won't run after her for long. I'm sorry, but you have no strong point except a person who just decided to complain and do nothing about her "haunting" memory. She must have known the names of those men as they were there for months and years after the incident.
