I want to play the sims 3 and i need to upgrade my graphic card?

my graphic card is NVIDIA GeForce 7150M / nForce 630M (GeForce 7150M / nForce 630M) and i need to have 128 MB Video Card, with support for Pixel Shader 2.0 (NVIDIA GeForce FX 5900 or above / ATI Radeon 9500 or above / Intel GMA 3-series or above) please help where can i find the graphic card for cheap under $100.00 this is for my laptop not a desktop my laptop is HP Pavillion dv6636nr Entertainment Notebook PC
