IS capitol one a good credit card for first time users?

yes i have a capital one credit card i love it, you can even change the pictures on it. they dont over charge you with anything, it was my first card to build up my credit, and yes you do need credit to get things its worth it. do it get the minimum just dont over use it. buy cheao little things them re pay fast.
