Names for trying to concieve?

my fiance and i are trying to conceive and here is the problem we are running into We love the name Alexis Marie for a girl but here is the problem my nephew just had a little girl a few months ago and named her Alexis Marie...I held her once and it was only for a few minutes because i had so much anger inside me that not only did my younger nephew have a child before me he took the name i wanted for the last two years and i know its not the child's fault i felt it holding her. Now here is my question how wrong would it be if i asked them if i could name my child this also? Not only that he really has nothing to do with his side of the family not even my own sister when she was first born they couldn't even drive the extra 15 minutes so grandma could see her, my sister had to go to their friends house to see her granddaughter. And I am adopted so they wouldn't be related through blood, its in my head what if my future husband already had a daughter and her name was already Alexis Marie they still would be related just not through blood.
