Symmetric encryption algorithm?

Suppose we have system A, B. system A has a key and use it for encrypting a message using symmetric algorithm. system B does not require to decrypt the message it just send back that token and system A decrypt it with the key it has. so no one knows what is the key! is there a possibility to break the encrypted message without knowing the key ??
