Were you issued a Manual from your post? A little book that tells you all the rules and regulations. Fort Sill's is called the Redleg Book. Ft. Drum its blue. Mine says that you can wear the fleece with the BDUs or ACUs upon your discretion. Meaning if you think its cold and you wanna wear it, its strictly up to you.
