My 3 y/o swallows Johnson's baby shampoo while rinsing off the shampoo?

I normally wash her hair first and when I'm rinsing it, some shampoo from her hair gets in her mouth. Earlier when I was showering both my kids at once, she had taken the cap of the bottle, filled it with water and blowing bubbles but it seemed like she had bubbles in her mouth. I didn't notice immediately because I was concentrating while washing my other baby's hair. Has anyone experienced this with their children? Is Johnson's tested to be safe when little amount is ingested?
