take the money! first off write up a contract and make the payments on time. if possible pay extra every week. with the price of gas going through the roof, a scooter would be great transportation!(weather permitting) i'd make weekly payments if i was you. i don't know much about scooters(i ride motorcycles) but you can probably find one pretty cheap! good luck
