Does anyone know what this dream could mean?

In my dream I broke my back I don't know how, and so did one of my best friends and we were sitting in the corridor of a museum and we were being told the surgery we would have to have. They kept mentioning wheelchairs and one of my other friends asked if we would have wheelchairs. The nurse who was someone I knew but I don't know who said after the surgery my friend would be fine but I would be in a wheelchair for the rest of my life and all my friends and family begin laughing at me, I keep having this dream. What do you think it means? the only thing i can think of is my dad broke his back, But i don't know why i would have this dream. please help?
